Privacy
InsuranceFinder lists insurance agencies and insurance companies. We do not collect insurance applications, sell coverage, generate quotes, or act as an insurance broker.
When using search, your query is used only to retrieve directory listings that match a ZIP, state, or coverage line. Your Saved shortlist is stored only in this browser. We do not receive it. We do not sell or share personal information. Questions: hello@qualityleads.com.
If you enter a city or state, your browser saves it on your device for up to 180 days to prefill your next search. That saved copy isn't shared with anyone or used for ads, and you can clear it anytime with the × next to the location.
Security and abuse logs. To protect the directory from abusive automated traffic, we log your IP address, the page requested, your browser user-agent, and the time of the request. We use these logs only for security and abuse prevention, keep them for a short period (generally 30 days or less), and never sell them or use them for advertising.
When you call or visit a listed firm, that firm’s own privacy practices apply.

2. Listings. A listing is information, not an endorsement, ranking, or recommendation. The first result in a search may be a paid placement. Paid placement is marked Ad. Unpaid rows are not ranked as “best.”
3. Your call. When you call or visit a listed firm, you deal with that firm. Their licenses, privacy practices, and terms apply. We do not warrant that a listed firm will answer, be appointed in your state, or sell you a policy.
4. Shortlist. Saved firms stay in this browser. We do not receive that list. We do not create accounts.
5. Use. Do not copy listings as if they were yours or use this site to send unlawful commercial email or calls. Do not use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to collect, harvest, or republish listings, names, phone numbers, or other directory data in bulk without our prior written permission. Indexing of public pages by search engines and crawlers that follow robots.txt is welcome. We may rate-limit or block clients that make an unreasonable volume of automated requests. A limit only pauses responses and never changes listing content. Listed firms can always ask to claim, correct, or remove a listing at hello@qualityleads.com.
6. Communications Honesty (CAN-SPAM & TCPA). We do not sell contact lists, personal data, or phone numbers to insurance brokers or aggregators. We never send unsolicited commercial spam or place robocalls. All inquiries are initiated directly by the consumer calling or visiting the listed firm.
