Shopping for Auto Insurance in Oregon
In November 2006 Oregon State voters rejected the measure that would have placed more restrictions on credit scoring to determine your rates for car insurance in Oregon. The current automobile insurance regulation allows auto insurance companies to use your credit information along with other factors, such as driving record and past claims, to determine whether or not to issue you a vehicle insurance policy. Use your credit history to raise premiums
Cannot cancel or refuse to renew your existing policy because of credit history problems
